Prabal Gurung’s collection at New York Fashion Week consisted of a military theme, complete with army green and navy colors. The clothes exuded femininity with an array of slits, peplums, fur details and harnesses.
Military-inspired threads are the hottest fall and winter trend, from the green and maroon colors to the gold detailing. The military trend was evident throughout the runways for Fall/Winter 2012, with elaborate embellishments, sharp & structured silhouettes and crisp coats and capes.
