Beauty truly emanates from within, which is why it is so important to put the best ingredients into our bodies. Every day, I drink a smoothie made from natural fruits and vegetables, and it gives me tons of natural energy and makes my skin glow. Therefore, I want to share one of my favorites with you all!
Banana Date Smoothie:
Serves one
1 cup vanilla almond milk or coconut milk, depending on preference
1 ripe banana
1 date (pit removed) or about 5 chopped dates
1 teaspoon raw honey
4 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Add a sprinkle of agave nectar or dust some cinnamon on top, if desired. Serve in a tall glass with a straw, and enjoy!
