Motorcycle-inspired clothing has been seen everywhere in recent times, from combat boots to biker jackets.  And everyone knows, motorcycles are synonymous with leather.  While soft, opulent Italian leather is the ideal, it is a bit harsh on your wallet, yet inexpensive- dare I mention the dreadful word pleather- tends to look, well… Cheap.  Thus, I was inspired to go on a mission to compile beautiful leather looks from the web that won’t break the bank.  Here are some of my favorites:

This skirt is from Mango, and is marked down from $179 to $89.  I love the pleats, and, of course, the two front pockets.  Find it here.

This unique biker jacket has been crafted from leather look PU fabrics.   The details include a wide collar with rivet details, epaulette and chains detailing to the shoulders, and ribbed sleeves.  You can purchase it here.

Mix up the leather trend by incorporating subtle leather pieces into your apparel, such as pockets or paneling, like the beige leather in this dress.  Not only does it cut costs, it looks chic and can be worn more casually.  More info on the dress is available here.
